Copied these answers from the Developers Discord Server. The pregnancy stuff should make things a little clearer I hope, this is the developers explanation not mine:

do you know what the steam exclusive quest is? was planning on supporting them there since I can't support them on patreon

The 'standard' version of Claire's Quest, ie. the Patreon version, or 'Black' Edition, includes the Urchins Questline and related sidequests but not the Showgirls Questline in Valos.

The Steam-exclusive version, or "Gold" Edition, has no Urchins or similar visual content, but in it's place has the Showgirls Questline sponsored by our publisher to make up for it.

Quick question-
Are there specific things Claire gets pregnant from, or is it a random chance every time she's creampied? I've never seen it happen outside the gallery cheats.

- Pregnancy is disabled by default and must be enabled if you want it to run
- There will be different pregnancy types in the future, but for starters only one, "Generic", will be available
- Generic pregnancies have a 20% chance of occuring with any human sexual encounter + vaginal sex
- Generic pregnancies will be limited to 2, one in Valos (generic daughter), and one in Rathpike (generic son). To start off, we will only have the Valos one available. So once it's all complete, let's say Claire is in a generic pregnancy, and has had the Valos child already, the pregnancy state will not transition into an event anymore in Valos and will only trigger in Rathpike.
- After a pregnancy, Claire cannot get pregnant again for the next 5000 steps.
- After being born, it will take 10,000 steps for the baby to grow into a child, with the exception of fostercare (child remains 'in statis' and won't change or grow).

Further clarifications:
All human encounters have a 20% random chance of impregnating Claire if it's a vaginal sex encounter.
If pregnant, the Status menu will prompt you, showing you Claire is impregnated and in a 1st trimester.
After this, you must take 5000 in-game steps before it proceeds to the beginning of the 2nd trimester.
At this point, when you enter a 'trigger area' (in Valos this is the Outer City) it will cause the contraction pains event.
This puts Claire inside a clinic for the rest of the pregnancy term and you decide what to do with the baby before ultimately going into labour
There is then a 5000-steps refresh before she can get pregnant again

Sorry but you clearly have not, there are plenty of hentai scenes where a dick/tentacle literaly enters a person in the butt and comes out of the mouth without the person suffering any harm and thats barely scratchning the surface.

Yup, there's a point beyond which that option is locked out altogether. I think it's when you're doing the 3rd quest of the Thieves storyline, or somewhere around that.

I managed to rescue the girls in the meat pit. Having missed the "opportunity" to work there originally, I finished off most of Rathpike and the Theives quests. Using the Teleport cheat I went back to Hooktown and stowed away, got caught and thrown into the Meatpit.
After escaping I was able to talk to the theives and they broke the other girls out.

Fair enough, that's definitely a way you can get there if you've missed it during your regular game flow. I don't often consider the cheats so completely forgot about this.

Tentacles going all the way through the body without physical harm is technically possible.
It isn't too different from a colonoscopy if the tentacle monster rapes its victim very slowly and carefully.

In the example you mentioned a huge snake head goes into the victim's mouth, which is physically impossible and unimmersive.

Well it technically is not possible as the diameter of tenticle is bigger than the gadget in colonoscopy. In fact I have done the math and the sheer volume of a 10m tenticle with 1,5cm radius is 7 liters. As a doctor, that will most certanly have a bad outcome as I imagine it will trigger a lot of inborn reflexes (like vomiting, or just cause cardiac arest), it will pressure the big blood vessels in the abdominal cavity, and will make breathing probably imposible as it will squeze the lung.

Had the same problem. You can enter/leave this building after you finished being the dudes slave.
