Long reply incoming. tl;dr version: I agree, oversized boobs are ugly and unfappable, but a lot of other people like that trope. I don't think Megan's chest size is too big though.

I agree with you for the most part, and most of the games here on F95 are unfappable for me because of ridiculously-oversized breasts. But for Cohabitation specifically, it doesn't bother me quite as much. I think it's because they're on the smaller side of the "gigantic boob" trope. Does she have a huge chest? Of course, I can't deny that. But is it realistic? Yes, for the most part. There are plenty of women out in the real world with body types like Megan's here, thin with large breasts.
Having said that, there are some scenes where it seems as though her breasts are slightly bigger than in others. I'm not sure if that's just due to perspective or if Sid actually enlarged her breasts for those scenes purposefully in an attempt to heighten arousal or something. But on the whole, I'm comfortable with her body type and the size of her chest. It doesn't break the fourth wall for me. Would I like this game more if her breasts were a bit smaller and more reasonably proportioned? Sure. But as it is, her cup size isn't unbelievable for me so it doesn't take me out of the game. Most of the time.
Now Sid's other game,
Staying With Aunt Katie, that's one I can't play because of the water balloons that seem to have been surgically grafted onto her chest. In fact, her whole body is proportioned poorly and unnaturally. It's like Sid felt the need to force the model to look exactly like an hourglass, and hourglass figures are actually quite rare in real life.
But even if you only look at the size of Aunt Katie's chest specifically, it's fourth wall breaking for me. Look at the screenshots in that game's thread where Katie is in a robe in the kitchen--it doesn't look good at all. In my opinion, it isn't sexy or attractive whatsoever. It falls into the

for me and kills my boner when I see character models like that, whether they're 3D models or hand drawn (or in real life due to plastic surgery). In these cases, I agree with you 100%. There are so many games here on F95zone that suffer from this and I can't fap to any of them because of it.
But the fact that there are so many of them should be proof enough that a lot of people really like that stuff.
Every single word in that last sentence is a link to a different game.. and that's only going back through four pages of the latest updates. There are THIRTY FIVE PAGES of games with the "Big Tits" tag. Damn, I wish I could fap to those games, I really do, because it would give me a lot more fap material... but I just find it disturbing, weird, or gross overall. Just my opinion of course.
But Megan in Cohabitation is a much more acceptable "offender" for this trope. Are they big? Sure, but they're just on the upper limit of what I would consider "almost too big but not quite unrealistic yet." Maybe I'm also more accepting because the rest of her body is proportioned fairly naturally, unlike Aunt Katie. I dunno.
