Look, just because someones gay doesn't mean they like the idea of being anally penetrated, plus this game has straight content so there's even less of an excuse.

Is there a way to quickly pass in game time? Like say a watch that allows you to skip a few hours of in game time or an alarm clock that allows you to choose which hour to wake up in?

It's a debug overworld map you get from the cheat room. Currently, that and a few items are debug only as they aren't as fleshed out as I would like just yet.

They're being added in, and if you speak to Mu Nuan on Sunday/Monday night in town she will give you the option of working as an escort. Currently, only Junko and Joyce are available as clients.
This will require a low reputation, so either entering "Izuna" in the payphone as a cheat code or giving Junko a blowjob under her stall when she is in town will knock you low enough to trigger it.
In Comberidge city, enter the tavern and steal the access card from the passed out drunk man, and you can now enter the front and back of the store.
