If so, this should fix it, if that's not the scene, can you give me some precise dialogue right before you get stuck, so I can narrow down where it's happening.

Make sure the file is just called scene17.rpy and copy it into the game\v0.8\ folder. Don't look for her contact on the phone, just click through the dialogue until the message pops up.
