Running it in Japanese Locale fixed that for me.

the card game is easy (just get 3 sets of 3 cards of the same color, by drawing and discarding cards one at a time), but the sex content is mediocre. The MTL is on the poorer side of things and so this really is a waste of time imo.

You can create whole events, similar to or essentially to be the same as the one you can play. But instead of game, it is better to say side-stories or your own stories.
