That's what I was thinking but, from that post about it made it sound like he/she/they are not doing anything because there's no income. I'm just confused by what it means. Regardless, It shouldn't be about any of that. Just do it and reap the benefits if that's the ultimate goal, right?

He is shaping every model to be perfect, rendering hundreds of variants of scene to choose the one you'll probably like, trying to make realistic faces and expressions, hardly sleeps because he knows that time is counting and there is still a lot of work... And that's all just to be called lazy.

For 1-2 thousand dollars, you can buy a good video card and a top-end processor. For 3-4 thousand dollars, you can build an excellent machine for rendering heavy projects . WUT
