The plot should be all about getting closure, hearing her explanation to why she abandoned him and never contacted him in person and letting the players decide how the MC proceeds, he forgives her and they rekindle their relationship or he hates her for what she did, tho the last would need a "solid" reason to hate her. Thus the speculation about her becoming an escort/prostitute/stripper to make money and also to protect her son, at least now she has OnlyFans and IG to do "business" and choose her clients if she really is a whore.
But joke aside, Lora is undoubtedly the most important character in the game, if she fails as a character by being a ho who sells her pussy for dough, the game will fail IMO.
