It's been probably close to 2 years since I last played and I was looking through my game folders and saw this and remembered liking it. Decided to check to see what's become of the game only to see it's been abandoned. Such is the fate of so many games

He always posts teasers/wallpapers (once a month, to keep the gullible happy) for the episode III, but will we see it in our lifetime ? probably not, after over 2 years of saying the same thing and not releasing anything, he has no credibility left.
Hell after 6 months or so of nothing I woulda bailed.

Did he lower the goal of x amount to continue the game per month? I could have sworn it was formerly around 2k and not it's 400 plus....
If he's really serious about it he should release some updates to generate some goodwill again, but the chances of coasting again is high.

No, it's just that he's lost so many subs, all the previous goals were unlocked again, they are all dated 2019

Even if he does miraculously return to work on the game and release chapter III, it still shouldn't be a get out of jail free card after milking the game for like 3 years. Especially when he can just drop chapter III, watch his patron count go up and sit back releasing only wallpapers for god knows how many more years again until the next update.
His patrons should have that in mind before deciding to give him money sticking with him after all these years just because "he might release a new update".
