As I said, I'm relatively new to Netorase, especially when it comes to games, so I'll mostly doijinsh and stories:
Disclaimer: What I'm going to recommend below are the stories that I personally liked, which probably isn't for everyone, since although I hate pure Netorare and depressing endings, I like hard stuff like rough sex and female protagonists who are already kind of slutty from the start.
I don't know how the links work in this forum (sorry), I'll just leave the titles and my personal impressions (Spoilers Alert);
Manga: Boku no Netorase Seiheki ni Tsukiatte kureru Kanojo | A Girlfriend Who Plays Along with My Cuckold Fetish(Artists: terasu mc)
Opinion/Spoilers: Easily the best I've found so far and probably one of the best Netorase manga out there. The story loves to flirt with the idea of becoming Netorare, but the girl remains loyal to her boyfriend the entire time. As a personal note, I love the girl in this manga, although she isn't particularly slutty in the beginning, she dated before and wasn't a virgin when she started dating the MC, which is always a plus point in my book.
(I'm a big fan of the "Virgin Guy and Experienced Girl" dynamic, even when it's not related to Netorase)
Manga: Netorase Kanojo(Artists: hinata yuu)
Opinion/Spoilers: I don't have much to say about this one compared to the first one, but I still thought it was worth recommending. The story is short and simple: The couple gets bored with regular sex and the guy proposes his girl sleeps with someone else to spice things up. The girl is a little uncertain, but you do it anyway. After the act, the guy asks her how the experience was and she admits that she loved it, but she doesn't even think about breaking up with her boyfriend because of it.
For history, I haven't had much luck yet, at least not in English. There are some Japanese stories that I read with the help of google translator that are good, but here are the ones in English that I liked:

Opinion/Spoilers:
An AU from My Dress-Up Darling where Marin was a high-class hooker when she met Gojo and asked for help with her cosplay. As depressing as that may sound, the story is actually quite sweet. Marin genuinely enjoys what she does even though she knows how troublesome it can be. It's basically a remake of the manga with a lot of sex and sexual humor added.
I'll be blunt with you, although I love this story, it barely counts as Netorase now. The author promised that's where the story is going and you can definitely see him laying the groundwork for it, but for now it's just marin screwing a bunch of rich old men and enjoying it. It's been a while since the last chapter was posted, but I recently asked if this was alive and the author said yes.

Opinion/Spoilers: A oneshot by the same author, also about My Dress-Up Darling. Fortunately this is a much more straightforward Netorase than the first. While it's not in the same verse as the first story (since I didn't see any mention of Marin prostituting herself), I believe that's basically where the first story is going.
And for gaming, I'm currently playing GalKano! of the recommendations and although I haven't gotten to the real Netorase yet, I'm loving it, Mainly because the heroine fulfills all my preferences. She's fun, has more sex experience than the MC but isn't mean about it and she has huge boobs, which I also love.
