I suspect certain steps should be made in specific order and a comprehensive WT is required to not miss anything. I'll just give you an example of what you missed:
Judging from the game code, in order to unlock this scene, you have to party with Sarena, while being at the 1st step of relationship with her, that is "She enjoys giving you pleasure, and also like the taste of your cum."
If you have a higher level of relationship "She realizes that you are the most important in her life.", the same party event will lead to a different scene:
You get to the 2nd level of relationship by reaching love = 15 and going to your room.
What I'm not sure about is whether you can get to the 2nd scene without the 1st one. If you could, it would permanently lock you out of ever reaching the 1st one, so watch out for that.
And if your goal is to simply view all animations, you still could use the unlocker I published here, or as an alternative a fully unlocked persistent save file.

I am also using replace to incest a game, but the game uses python 2 so the text modification is nullified if it contains formatting tags or variables, example: "{b}hello{/b}\n[player]" appeared that in the sentence the replace ignores the substitution.

What the fuck happened with this game? The 2D art was nice, but right when things were starting to get good, the entire art style changes into this ugly 3D shit that looks nothing like the 2D art. This was such a nice experience up until then. What's worse is that for the 2 girls I was going for, this change occurred right before their first vaginal sex scene. I basically just got cockblocked because of this horrendous artstyle change. I can't fap to this. What was the creator thinking? I bet it was just to save money/effort. Fuck that, it ruined the game.

Yeah, basically using rotoscoped frames for the sex scenes was a departure from the general style, but I didn't feel abused by it as you apparently did. Of course, I don't find these games enough to fap to. For that I go to real porn, not AVNs. I really don't think I could fap to cartoon images since my first year of puberty.
First and foremost, you are on a forum that discusses 2D porn games very frequently. Most who post in threads related to 2D porn games would jerk off to such games. Get off your high horse. Second, the creator's Itch.io only displays the 2D artstyle and animations that I liked. The original post on this forum also only shows the 2D artstyle. So anybody going into this would go into it for that specific style. There was no indication that it was going to change and when it did change, I already spend 2 hours on it and this is a MAJOR artsyle change. So I am not being unreasonable for being disappointed. He probably knows the change is bad, hence why it isn't shown anywhere until you are already hours into the game.
