I realised that probably is a prerrogative from the game to play through every single path, with the 4 girls in order to trigger the former porn star scenes?

To be honest, I don't know if this game needs an incest patch. Since the developer immediately clearly outlined the relationship between the characters and the plot and a logical story are built on this. Unlike other developers, we see love stories between the "tenant", "roommates" and "landlady".
But anyway, thanks for your efforts, I'll try to check out what happened.

I think originally it might have had family content and the dev changed it fully

For the girls early scenes are locked if you progress too fast. For example the shower scenes for stage 2 ( blowjobs) are no longer accessible once you hit stage 3 (sex). As for the last scenes, those are the TV scenes after the ending. You're gonna need 24 affection to access them.

In the other section I'm not sure. Someone mentioned you'd need to choose that you don’t love Emma in her path so you won't be exclusive in the ending. Too lazy to check myself though.

I confirm, you get new scenes after ending when you choose the Honest Answer option (no girlfriend status with Emma)
