Playing for the first time, in the opening scenes I think Sarena saying "Shut up" instead of "Silence" fits better. With the red eyes, I started picturing this when she said "Silence!" twice.
I don't get how you guys enjoy this huge wall of texts the game is throwing at you without giving ANY lewd scenes in between. I started a new game one month ago and after 1 hour of endless text without anything else, I just gave up.

If you want to edge for hours its fine, or if you just watch the scenes with the hard fucking to bust. Those animations arent bad, like when Serena goes to pound town at stage 3.
I just think they're overdoing it with the amounts of text. I like good stories definitely, but there is a sweet spot, and this dev seems not to know boundaries. He's going to throw so much text at you that you can sit there 1-2 hours scrolling and scrolling without facing any lewd scene, that's just too hardcore for my taste. It needs more balance.

Maybe the day had to 'cycle' the next day (was night time when I got the 2nd girl to step 1) the next morning I got the last of the 4 girls to step 1 and game messaged me something like 'all at step 1' and then I got to choose girls at the jacuzzi.

Is the 'step up' system working properly? I have Berry & Emma @ step 1 but I get this:
Game acts like they are Not at step 1...any tips/ ideas or solutions? Am I 'doing it' wrong lmao?

I feel this is a massive exaggeration^ I played for 10-20 minutes and had multiple lewd scenes (im speaking of After intro or tutorial) once you get to that point it's not bad at all & tbh it's pretty straight forward about what is needed to progress. These are supposed to be people....those typically use our language to communicate things, yes a sex/lewd scene can happen without any text explaining what's going on but often that adds to the expirence, this feels like saying 'when I have sex I like it silent....don't pester me with dirty talk or telling me how u feel/ how I make you feel'.
I suppose it's just whether folks come for instant / fast lewds or those who like some context & story mixed in with their porn. To each their own?

The whole "step system" does work. I don't know how you managed to fuck it up like that lol. I just beat the game, up until where the current version is, and I didn't have one problem. Maybe restart, and try again? I meant the only other thing I can think of is reinstalling and see if that works.

It seems close, but when I finished it right up to the latest update is, it seemed like he was going to add a few more things. Haven't looked at the Patreon lately, but it does seem like it is getting close to being done

Loving this game, the artwork & animations are among the best I've seen in 2d titles and the lewd sounds including the VA are exceptionally superb also! The plot isn't original but it's not some over used, tired troupe. The models are HAWT & the progression makes (porn?) sense. My only *Personal* nitpick would be I didn't enjoy the Berry part regarding the bench, not kink shaming anyone who's into it but I'm not down for being physically restrained to the point where u couldn't get away/ stop actions from happening BUT that's a ME thing & I'm not nitpicking it bc it exists in game but more I didn't have to option to skip it OR submit in a less trigger inducing manner, ie: she could've said something like 'keep you hands behind your back unless I say otherwise or we're done tonight' and I'd have been down to continue that scenario but none of that lessens my opinion of CWG & it remains one of my favorites
can I ask for a save game before the update ? I lost most of my stuff since formatting my hardisk.

Or just play the game again. It shouldn't take you that long to get back up to where the latest patch is. Only took me like an hour

You're not 'in' the game until you're confined in the house. It becomes pretty apparent when that happens too.
That part of the game is fairly text heavy, sure, but even still there are a few no-requirement lewd scenes involved so...Soldier on?
There is an option at the start of the game to skip to the new content and unlock all galleries etc. But yeah, if you know your way around the game having done it once, it really doesn't take that long at all.
