for the first question it's in your browser cache so it depends on what you are using. usually it's not a file you can just open up easily.
for second, currently it exists for remu only in the free version. paid version i don't know maybe one or two more girls.
for your last question, in the end game you can fuck your sister so technically incest is already added to teh game
