I assume the skip buttons are in 0.15 since 0.14 doesn't have them. Also you never receive Ellie's number to call her.

Just remember where you saved the file, go into the game and select load from disk in save options to load that save file.

Anne's event has no known events other than calling from the Call My Flings option.
That's all I know of Anne's events.
