I have a weird bug, i updated the game to the latest versión but for some reason the hint sistem doesnt shows any new hints, it still shows the message that I already did everything that can be done in this version even when i can keep doing stuff with that character, is this bug normal

I am reusing an old save btw, does that have anything to do, i can do all the new content just fine thats the only problem i have

Pregnancy is a planned feature that you can see a glimpse of by using the Daydream option while in your room. I don't remember if you can use it at the beginning of the game but you definitely can use it after a certain point.

It's a placeholder and the daydreaming option on your laptop is more of a teaser. The real stuff is not in the game yet.
