Both of the new events are in the mountains (a.k.a where Gramps lives)
Summoner is North > West > West
Lady of the lake is West > West > South
Just in case you haven't visited Gramps, check the manor's garden.
i found here but all the lake creature does is just show up what is she supsoed to do for the event

I think Arc may have made finding them easier, as I'm pretty sure I found the Summoner by SSS at my first attempt, and the Lady of the Lake by WWW, again at my first attempt. Maybe all you have to do is take two directions that haven't already previously been allocated to some other event.
Don't be confused by the "lake" mention. It's not the lake that is shown on the map but a different one. You have to find it via Explore.

magic is lynx, read the changelog in page 1, tells you to which lvl you can go

if your game version is 0.14.5 download newest one 0.14.6, talk to the goblin magican lyx and learn new power than trigger moutain events again, fish lady is one of that.

Then you need to trigger the event u met her in the lake via meditation, then come back talk to Gramp, maybe that will trigger the event.
