Patreon is a private business. It's mind boggling that you honestly think they are censoring you when they don't want your incest/rape/bestiality on their site. Get a grip.
What has the fact of Patron being a private company with them censoring stuff?
Company preventing to offer their services to a legal business based on some ideological basis, is their right (at least in my book), but in case it prevents "publishing" stuff, in case justly be called
censorship.
When there's a healthy competition, censorship by one company is not really an issue. Here's it's a little bit more problematic. Furthermore, people (creators the most) are getting upset with Patreon as the company tightens their "
Community Guidelines". Things that were OK before, and approved, suddenly are restricted. That threatens the livelihood of many creators, who tight their work with backing via Patreon. And it's not about incest and bestiality anymore.
Patreon's only extenuating circumstance is that it seems that they are not doing on their own volition but rather under the pressure of payment processors. But it's a little consolation for the customer whose profiles were closed.
Eh, sorry for the derail of the game-thread. :happyblush
