Game isn't currently big enough to warrant such ridiculous scrutiny.
Alieson, the Mayor route (and election) isn't complete yet, like most of the characters in the game at this point.
It seems to be Mr.C's modus operandi so to speak. Make something, do a load of other stuff, come back, do more, leave it alone for a while again and so on...

Where the save file is? I download again and found the old saves, but I was delected the whole game file.

Assuming you're on PC (I can't help if you're on Mac):
You can find the saves for any Ren'Py game on PC by following this path (replace the text in bracket's [] with corresponding info):
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\[game name + series of numbers you don't need to concern yourself with]
I.E. for your case you should only need to put this into your File Explorer (if the name of your PC profile is the same as your F95 name):
C:\Users\SquareAmlore\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\corruption-1486470780

Hi, when I click on the attachments it won't download and instead shows me what is in the file, does anyone know why that is?

if im understanding correctly what your saying...right click on the attachment and select save as

That's because .rpy files are plain text. So your browser thinks that you want to open them rather than download them.
And besides, str8up give you the answer though on some browsers it's labelled as
Save link as....Thank you very much! Most of the time when there is an attachment I only need to click on it and it downloads, which is why I was confused.

I wonder what will the dev do about the neighbor's mom who had a daughter who is a nurse ( i forgot the names) but before you enslave the wife, you invited her to MC's haus.. You made them have sex in the balcony. then the husband suddenly appear. Now that she is enslave, the husband is nowhere to be found and means no NTR content for that? I mean, the dev could add that.. hope he could polish that continuation of that content. Either before or after the end game. There is a lot that like that, unfished contents. like the restaurant owner and her husbands side chick. Dev instantly ends it.

It is not always that when a husband disrespects his wife. He wouldn't get jealous when someone else is fucking his wife.
There are man like that, not that i have seen the woman fucking another man but i have seen a wife and husband, who didn't really care about his wife. I think they are at mid 40's. but when his wife cheated an argument broke out in our street. for real.
what i learn about that argument was the only time the husband becomes husband is when he give parts of his salary to his wife. What the wife said is like, " We didn't even sleep together, even we do you are busy if i tried talking to you it seems your bored. If its your rest day,you are always outside with your friends. " you know just like that..
but the guy is i can say 'good' father, i always saw every morning he walks with his children every early of the morning before their children goes to school but he felt cold with his wife, so when she cheated he became angry. I think there is still something in his heart.. so it made him angry.
If there is a man exist like that, there are probably men and woman exist somewhere in other parts of the world. So why it can't exist in the game? Also i just remember now. because i just replayed the part where Megan becomes a slave. Husband was somewhat angry, confused or delusion? If dev did it for nothing why he puts it in the first place?

Well this is the case where the husband puts his wife down in front of the MC and says she is only good for looking after the house and making him meals.
If you play the game right and befriend the husband by meeting him at the spa, you get to meet him at the park where he spies on young couples and then you have the opportunity to have sex with his wife (in disguise) in front of him and then he sees this woman as hot.
This also allows you to invite him to Utopia for her Slave ceremony and you reveal that it was his wife and he gets into a funk as he realises what he is losing.
The dev has done it for teaching the husband a lesson in my opinion.
