Donwload Ren'Py SDK and add the game to your project list. Then compile a Windows version.

Another solution is to copy over the "Game" folder to an existing Ren'Py Windows game.

Would you also be able to share a Changelog? I would need to use the Windows-Version anyway, but more interested in the Changelog tbh. Dont think that I will play the game again anytime soon, but reading what is new would be nice.

I implore you to read before you post, because I just tried what cold_arctus suggested and can vouch that it works just fine on Windows that way.
The /game/ folder is in \corruption.app\Contents\Resources\autorun\

Why don't you install MegaSync or use third-party downloader like JDownloader 2?
