I came back to this after realizing I had missed a few parts, namly the police station, TV Studio, the subway and church, but I've come up to a few things I'm not sure if I haven't triggered another scene or its just something the devs left hanging when they decided to call it completed. Mostly its the playground and subway sections, does the former end with the pet play stuff and the latter the daughter says she'll give you a call after you ask if she has any friends. I could see the daughter on the subways thing totally being something left unfinished.
I did look at the walkthroughs and i have corrupted the entire police station and jail so I think i've done everything I can to unlock both's progression.

maybe you try out anne O'nymous ' Better Experience mod, it might fix some roadblocks you've probably hit, certainly gives options if you have gone too far with some of the girls, which then could have blocked story develpoment. happens when some things go outside of a certain order. might be you've corrupted just one person a bit too far too soon, and a whole part of the game gets soft locked.
the mod lets you adjust some stuff to a degree and gives you more overview on girls, and removing it (if you don't like it) would be leaving no trace, far as i know no damaged saves or something.

By itself the game is effectively completed, but yes, there's some routes that feel more in hold than finished. But globally it's because they don't really have an end. The MC will not enslave every girls, and secondary characters stories could go on and on for years without really leading somewhere.
Hmm, if I remember correctly the two met together near the end. MC present the mother and daughter from the subway to the mothers and daughters from the playground.
But it's all that happen. Many things that could have been added, there were place for dozen of scenes with them. But as I said, all this for what ? It would have added nothing to the game itself, except few more lewd scenes. And there's already tons of that.
The game was about the MC corrupting the city, not about him building a harem with all the girls in the city. So characters like the mothers in the playground, the women in the subway or at church are more to see as a corruption factor. MC stop caring about them, and let them live their life, once they are so corrupted that their sole presence will slowly corrupt other peoples.
By example, all the schoolgirls are now total sluts, in less than one month they'll have corrupted their mothers without need for MC's help. The mothers will then corrupt their coworkers, and so on. All this being made more easy by the fact that here and there, there's few women that are already corrupted.
The only thing that is really missing is probably a global view of the city one year later, with sexual corruption being everywhere. I guess that it would have remove this feeling that some route aren't totally completed.
Mostly I wanted to know if i should keep bothering going to those locations than focusing on other places. I figure if just keep corrupting each location I should just check back on the ones that seem done to see if there's any new interaction.
IN some of these larger games I find it can be incredibly easy to miss entire sections because they're not part of something that opens later or after doing certain tasks so you never look at it. LIke i never needed money in this game so I never went to work and had no idea there was a whole storyline attached to that.

Three story lines, plus two series of side events.
The police station starts when you go to the coffee shop, and from the police station you've the newbies and their mothers. There's also the whole maid coffee week-ends with Jenny, Nicole and Heather, and the short story with Heather's ex new girlfriend.
But, well, would you have bought the potions like players did, you would have needed money and discovered the coffee shop and police station five years ago.

Click "Ending" From Utopia.
There are also individual endings to many characters that should appear on their menus.
i dont have the ' ENDING " option
i already done all the mission and the corruption tho
