Clearly not. There are bunch of scenes with "more content in future". Main event with "elections" is not even done. Dev just closed this project for his own reasons. He switched his attention to the other game he was trying to make in the past.

What is the difference between the lite version and the heavy version? Is this more content or just resolution difference or animations added? Thanks!
Cannot call this "Completed". I think dev is just tired of developing this game. Too bad.

Most likely there'll be some sort of weak content patches when he gets tired of Lust Village.

since this game came out it had its up and downs sucks that it was rushed BUT at least its finally completed
sure beats the abandoned tag this game has had
It brings a tear to my eyes seeing this finished. I respect the dev for this, because over all the years he delivered constant updates without much drama. Yes we know the story is not a masterpiece and its more or less always the same process of corruption for the characters in this game. But its a great game if you dont expect more! 
Reliability is a big plus for all devs and coming this far with this perverted masterpiece - its great. Thanks dev!

Hi folks,
Just to tell you that my "Better Experience" mod do not need to be updated for this last update. Now that the game is finished, I'll take a month or so to look back at it closely. Then I'll release a final version of the mod, that will include the bug fix for the casino, and perhaps other things, like a cheat for the club game (even if there's nothing to win at cheating).
I also updated my walkthrough to include the place where you can see the different ending scenes.
Enjoy the game, it took five years to Mr.C to finish it, but it's done.
I'm not sure yet, but you'll probably see me again in a near future, modding Lust Village, Mr.C second game.
