Any Flash playing app. I use Swiff Player. You can also use Adobe Flash Player, Irfanview, Ruffle, Gnash, SWF File Player and other programs.
i heard a lot from this game, and i mean a lot, but i've played a couple of hours and i do not get why this game specifically has such an online following to the point where this gets hundreds of fanart pieces while other text-based game don't.
I ask this in complete seriousness to the fans of the game, since maybe i just need to play more to get it, of all the text-based games why is this so special?

If you like the genre, it's pretty much the defining game in it. It's rather well-written, fleshed out (imo) and filled to the brim with "goods".
It came out when there was no such thing as a western porn game and was this weird and fascinating thing where you never really knew what to expect from it.
Almost everyone who's made an adult text game since then has cited Corruption of Champions as an inspiration.
It's not going to hold up against the contemporary games in the same way that a lot of classic and innovative movies aren't as gripping as later movies that were inspired by them.
that makes sense, don't get me wrong, the game is fine by itself and it is a good one in it's genre, but i didn't take into account that it was one of the firsts NSFW games.
While i still think other games from the "older" times like Legend of Queen Opala hold up better when compared to it's modern counterparts that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with CoC, even when i think other games inspired by it like Monster Girl Dreams are a bit more interesting.
i may not be hooked up by this game but that doesn't mean i can't respect it.

Can someone make it for android? It seems this will be the last update. Also the android apk of the base game doesn't work on the latest android versions. Would be awesome if someone could try to update it.
SWF Player free. It's shitty honestly and can't load anything heavy.
Luckily the game is light enough.

don't play vanilla theres some pretty good mods out there that compete the game (its more abadoned then competed tbh) you have to look them up and desided for yourself witch mod to use as.....some of them have stuff thats banned here

).There's a whopping 205 forks of the CoC source code on GitHub alone, and I'm personally not super enthused to browse through all of them to see which one contains what so as to make sure it doesn't break any forum rule. There's more on other Git sites, but chances are if they had to bail out of GitHub they're almost definitely hosting content that would break a forum rule. So, you know: Keep that in mind.

Assuming the thing you're having trouble with is figuring out how to run the game, and not how to actually play it once it's running: Run the
.swf file of the main game or the mod you want to play in a Macromedia/Adobe Flash Player capable program of your choice. The latest official version of the plugin and standalone players is 32, and you can get the latter from

on Adobe's site (the ones that say Projector or Projector Content Debugger without mentioning ActiveX or NPAPI are the standalone ones). I wouldn't recommend bothering with the plugins since basically all browsers have been deprecating support for Flash (and whatever Microsoft's Silver-something competition was), and are supposed to fully End-of-Life it around August.There's other third party players available from places like NewGrounds, if you want to check those out. There should be a dedicated thread somewhere on the site under the Tools subforum listing them, and if you search this thread you should be able to find other people mentioning more.
