I heard she exists only because someone commissioned BubbleLord for their champion to be inserted into the game to be Quin's lover. Its why that companion has so much simp vibes round her. Hard to confirm anything though it's pretty taboo to bring up her purpose in the fenoxo forum unless you want to start a shit storm.

You're technically right and wrong at the same time. Bubblelord did say that but he was referring to Azami (Takahiro's true love) not Rune. With Rune he, for some reason, was pretty vague with her other than saying she was Quin's girlfriend. Being Bubblelord, people assumed she was going to be Quin's Azami, but I guess it would make Quin come off as pretty pathetic if went around espousing that a temple whore was his girlfriend, he just pays her to do boyfriend-girlfriend stuff.
That and the fact that she's she's Salwah's Target, who happens to be Cait's Kmart, means there wasn't much to lose out on in the first place.

It's not like everyone is going to go to that post and copy this guys build, especially when winning gets you nothing aside from being called a cheater.

I agree. I mean even if you win, it just is another proof that arrogance and holding back can be the doom.

100% Agreed with this, i'm of the opinion that only GREAT game designers do add something/a reward for players that find a way to "beat impossible fights"
Saddly only example i can think of this isn't even from a porn game, but rather from a racing game where this European Champion is bragging to some hoes about how epic he is and since they wanna see him race so badly he challenges you (this is with you barely just having become a racer btw) just to show them some of his tricks...thing is he didn't realized i'm an EXTREMELY PETTY PLAYER and so i grinded some levels, got the best that i could get with my current resources and actually found a way to beat him in that impossible race!

My reward was a secret scene with the European Champion UTTERLY DUMBFOUNDED and the hoes being so surprised by my victory they went "this guy's clearly a fake the REAL champion would never lose!" and leaving him cucked in the racing track, at that moment i fell in love with the game cuz the creators fucking rewarded my pettyness and stubborness instead of throwing a fit because "Hurr Durr Muh Narrative!"

I can actually believe Savin for once there, as far as i remember the crit mechanics had been the same since pretty much the first release correct? that shit oughta be so unbalanced after being left untouched for so long with everything that has been added lol.

How the fuck he managed to fuck this up? Its literally if(random( (victim evasion - killer aim), 100) >= victim evasion) its a crit (crit multiplier)

I can’t say anything, I am not versed in the underlying mechanism that determines the CC rate / multiplier.

Speaking of balance, this game ain’t fucking balanced. There’s nothing to balance in the first place.
Gold is useless right after you’re done buying new gear from the vendors.
Malach temple financial backing? “I’ll give you a cut of the benefits teehee~” Want basic magical equipment from Evergreen without shagging her? “That will make a total of 10 grant, hun ~”

I’m quoting Saving response from the comment section of the 4.13 patch

“Your analysis of crit builds is very wrong. And the reason they got nerfed is because they weren’t working the way they were intended; the code was literally just wrong.
Probably.”

I am guessing they didn’t how the code related to the CC thingy worked in the first place.
