I'd like to remind anyone playing Xianxia that the most updated version is on the discord not the fen forums. The beta versions in the discord can at times basically be a completely new game compared to the stable version as it gets updated at least daily. I like being a Jabberwocky with a spider harem.

Its basically a groomer cult tbh. They set up their own mine field with having children participating in bathing people etc. It seems like they wanted something like the old Japanese geisha stuff, real high class prostitutes/companions artists, dancers etc, but they should have stressed something like the children helped in the kitchens, maybe were trained in art and poetry, but stayed the f away from client work. Instead they continuously insinuate them helping with most everything just not directly participating which is a bad idea. Mallachs interactions as *SPOILER*river*SPOILER* kinda showcase him as currently the most decent god, and is the only one showing direct intervention to help beside lumia, even helping people not under his domain, but his temple and teachings don't reflect that.

Probably the key thing is the temples also caits arc, if you build it she's supposed to lean even more towards ho, if you don't she's supposed to be more attached (still ho more than likely just less so). I believe the lore is their abdomen tattoos protect them against all pregnancies (unless they actively desire it) and stds etc but is still something to just turn your brain off about, like they might be protected but what if another partner comes into contact with std fluids or whatever.

Even if they never did any sexual stuff before, say, 18 years of age, you still have kids who are being raised in this environment with the explicit purpose of training them to become prostitutes once they come of age, so it's still obviously grooming lol.

Now, now, give Savin a little credit. He doesn't just stick to fur he also created Helia in CoC1 who is just a straight up copy of Monster Girl Encyclopedia's Salamander, just with a different colour bow, and with that different colour bow came a plethora of '''new ideas''' such as:
-Predominantly anal scenes.
-Fucking everything that moves.
-Saying that she super loves you in the same breath that she talks about how much she loves every cock she's taken.
-Quest that involves saving her sister and father.

In terms of actual content that isn't in CoC2 already via Cait we have:
-Getting jealous of the player for having the superior tiger-shark Izumi as a lover.
-Having a kid where 90% of her rearing scenes you have the option of letting her become like her constantly drinking mother (including the sluttery) or the opposite.
-Getting so incredibly irate at the playerbase asking when the promised incest scenes with your daughter would be that he cancelled them and in FoE made her an NPC that calls her parents groomers that just wanted to fuck her.

Fast-forward to Savin also being mega-cheesed that CoC source code was given out for anyone to mod and write for, including his characters though you'd think he would be into that considering he likes NTR that when he announces CoC2 he says, and i quote verbatim: "We're going to be no-fun Hitlers and not allow mods" really just tying it all together in a neat little bow.

Wait, hold on there. I'm pretty sure tobs was the one to create Cassidy (Helia's... great-grandaughter?). Helspawn wasn't an npc in FoE, just part of the background lore you hear from Cassidy. Savin was still irate about helspawn incest from what I remember hearing, but I don't think he gets credit for Cassidy. Not that creating a character out of spite is something past him, Hirrud being the prime example.

once the mods pick up traction again i'd love to see an interaction where you can tell Mallach about the grooming going on in his temples and if he's alright with that and him then flipping the fuck out cause you don't do that even IF you're a Sex Cult Religion

So can you actually kill the seven gods in this game? Always feels fulfilling to defeat the most powerful beings in the setting.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of them ended up as the final boss (assuming we ever get that far) but I really doubt you'll be able to go full Kratos.

You will never be strong enough as the champion of CoC1 and 10 is the max level you will ever reach while others exceed that because the writers are against power fantasy for the player and want the champ to be a simp goody two shoes in every scenario.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of them ended up as the final boss (assuming we ever get that far) but I really doubt you'll be able to go full Kratos.

Which is a really really poor choice imo. There's already a bad end where kasyrra is implied to have done so to completion and is basically a emotionally empty ascended being, who knows how many years in the future after she finds you frozen in ice, think from the brint frost knight armor blacksmith fight. Sure they could deus ex machina them and go "NUH UH NUH UH YOU CANT FIGHT MY OC HE HAS LIKE 50000 EVASION AND IS LEVEL 50 XD" but there's a very easy route to have a evil end where you'd fight them and their religion's paladins, destroy them and absorb their power and get progressively stronger until finally you're the god emperor. Making an opportunity to push the combat system and difficulty to the limits and making them each superbosses, if every aspect besides tobs content needs smut then make every gods defeat require a sex scene to drain their power or something.

Characters that have their souls removed are shown to become stronger and your characters an anomaly, so just make it so after kas eventually removes your soul (if you choose) that you become not impossibly strong but strong enough to defeat one of the gods not expecting it so you're able to drain one and go from there. They've already got gameplay foundations, going off kiyokos abilities keros could be something like a Malboro from ff, or a trickster focused on stacking tons of ailments and damage on the party, Mallach could be extreme tease damage, lumia would be holy and combat abilities, nareva'd be long lost spells, the others haven't been shown yet but could follow the same pattern of matching their themes.

Sure it's a smut game and all but it'd be fun imo, some things lore wise you don't have a chance to see unless you have the opportunity to do bad things. Who stays with you? Would you have to slap cait against the wall before fighting Mallach? Kiyoko before keros? Etheryn before lumia? Azyrran and liaden fighting you? You'd have the chance for characters like brint or brienne to side against Gods and against the world itself, assuring their place as prime husbando or waifu. I dunno it just seems like a giant waste for all that potential and more to go to basic endings you can already see blatantly foreshadowed.
