This content with the harpy and elf twins is exemplifies why for project like this needs someone with focus on a team rein in others and even more so with any project with this many writers with a main team and other team, it's a very obvious.

Anyone worth half a damn reviewing could easily point out the flaws in those things.
-Harpy doesn't shut up about how old they are and telling about the other people they fucked. And when the fuck did hag become sexy? I swear people need to get off the internet and go outside, calling someone a hag is not something that means appealing.
-Elf twins look like they only made for just the writers characters and those that share their exact taste. It's a colossal fuck up when you somehow skip the PC not being able to fuck and breed both of the twins on their own but somehow the npc has the option too.

And why are they trying to get the pc be the sloppy 6th, kissing someone who just got back from eating random pussy, not being able to not fuck the guys and only the ladies. Ohh does your character what to keep fucking the elf?, you got to also take it up the ass if you what too.
Holy shit writer, some people's characters have standards and preferences. They aren't trying to stick their dick in someone or lips on someone when 6 other randos we're just there before them. Also, wtf, can't have the option just to prefer pussy or dick?

I think this is the big issue with the game, right here. Characters are written so specifically to one fetish that most people will either love or hate new characters, with no in-between. I would gladly shave off half the characters for CoC2 if it meant the remaining characters got some damn depth and variety. This fem pc not doing it for you? Make them a dude. Like to watch others? Let them fuck others. Don't like that? Keep it exclusive. Give the player some choice. Make a npc your dom or your sub. Make them chase or slutty. Would also give the writers some room to inject some personality into their characters, instead of just filling them up with smut and then moving on to the next one dimensional fetish npc.

Sounds like you want to create your own character for you to fuck.

The more malleable you make a character the less identity they have. It's one of the reasons i don't like B's content, when there's 10 variations for the character it's much harder to make something you're gonna remember. Look at the new Berwynn if you want an example, the old Berwynn at least had its own niche.

MAYBE you could make a case for Lyric even though male/female/futa Lyric is still just raw hero worship.
You can't exactly call Zo, Oma, Agnimitra, or Kaliani malleable.

Agni's got other issues. 10 variations isn't one of them.

So assumedly we've both played and interacted with the community of CoC1.
People weren't off about Amily who had two states or Jojo who had three states. Sophie's with her two and technically Kelt's two.

Arian's entire relationship arc is that they end up willing to go to lengths to be the kind of person the PC could be physically attracted to.

Malleability isn't diametrically opposed to identity. It's how well you sell the idea of believability of the various options said character could undergo that helps to establish identity.
e.g; You don't just flip a switch on Amily, you have to force that change onto her. Arian has to go through an entire relationship arc just to reach the point where they feel comfortable making their decision.

That said, I still disagree with the notion that this content should have been with two established characters. Content exclusive to group sex? No yeah I'm sure they're well aware of how that'd pan out if it was stapled onto individuals people care about.

17 different physical variations is a bit of a stretch, you could easily boil it down to three; penis-haver, vagina-haver and both-haver and all the other alterations can be entirely cosmetic. And even then you can further just narrow it down to masculine Berwynne vs feminine Wynne. Now, what's so hard about writing two personality types for one character? It's been done plenty both here and in other fenco games.

It would burden the writers but that the excuse of it of them trying to cover up the rape in this game is paper thin.
It's in the gameplay, the codex, the story, one of the companions, the pc sex, the npc sex and etc.

Do I personally mind if rape is in the game, not all.
But to say it's what is keeping them safe from patreon is no, if they was actually under investigation that because of reports or them causing problems for patreon in some way. That shit wouldn't hold up under any scrutiny when it's in the game this much and would get kicked off like lilith's throne just like it was a problem for them.
BUT MOST FUCKING IMPORTANTLY, patreon doesn't give a fuck about them and others. Like i said before they are like amazon, gumroad, and others. Their rules are there to keep them safe but they don't mind if you break them until it it becomes a problem for them, and that's been proven too many times.

Also if that's called a kind of burden when it is just characterization and the characters in that situation reacting to to such extreme situations. Whether it be the pc or npc reacting would characterize them and lead to much more depth of character, instead your pc or npc being okay with getting fucked in every scene or finding every person you meet attractive, that shit is just bad and lazy writing and design and obvious corner cutting.

(Sarcasm) Cause everyone knows a character that no problem with anything that has or will happen to them, likes everything, has no boundaries, has no conflicts with those around them is such well developed and interesting character. Just look at the new dragon age.
