Yeah, Misaki is the only one he specifically addresses by calling her "girl" in place of her name, but he's always said "good girl" to the others.
So to give an example: to Misaki he might say "Come here, girl.", whereas to Lucy he would say "Come here, Lucy." but then when they come over he could say "Good girl" to either/both/any of the others for that matter.

The distinction is the kind of direct address used. In "come here, girl", the last word is in the vocative case; in "Good girl, Lucy", the vocative is "Lucy", not "good girl". Sure, Lucy is a girl and is being described as one, but she's not being addressed as one. There is a marked difference in tone.

Hannah maybe from kings game, but personally hope for a slightly submissive, quiet, "do with me whatever you want, I give myself in your hands" attitude - combined with a bit of "I can take a bit of pain, its my duty, and kinda like if you go hard on me, I like the pleasure of letting go, but its not about me" mindset. But nothing over the top. She's written so well. Would fit imo.
