It might be blocked by Apple, because the website will not give up (a significant portion of their) advertising/credit card revenue to Apple as per their terms of services, and as such, will not allow users to see their sites via Safari browser. I remember seeing a story about some small businesses posting a sign that they would not accept "boob money" because money stashed in a bra, particularly during hot weather, would become sweaty, smelly, and gross and they got tired of handling it.
Thats a possibility, I guess having never seen the ticket books we dont know how big they are, I just assumed its roughly the size of a regular slice of paper
