Eh, I'm sure they will. In game they only fool around with each other on weekends and its only been like 4 swaps so far. Knights Tale started the same way before everyone got together.

I don't want to be mean, but this is the game now, I wonder what other event is there other than a small orgy between MC and the three girls. Too bad, maybe something more mischievous, but the game is too linear and just very visual

Yes, it’s the third VN’s from neverlucky they all follow the same lite-hearted scheme. It would be easy to say it’s a cookie cutter recipe he uses with the only changes in setting of the world and time period.
It has it’s fans and they love this drama- and worry-free kind of VN. But certainly it is not to everyone’s liking.
I do not think that he will change anything soon, but who knows.

here is my unofficial Android port of Couples v0.20-SE.
from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall the app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore it needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Although, to play devil's advocate, I really don't think the devs will give a shit if you don't download it. They don't get anything from this here.

I like the characters and situations in their games, it is just the dialogue is a bit wooden at times. It is sort of like reading a legal document or a doctor's notes. There is factual information there but it is presented very sterile. I still play them because, these games usually have some different, cute but adult female LIs, instead of the same basketball titty females or questionable aged ones you find in the majority of these games. I have always had a weakness for the girl next door types. Almost all of my relationships have been with those type of lasses.
