That's fair, let me rephrase as it as the dev uses Koikatsu well enough to stand out from other KK games that all look samey

I've been following this one from the beginning but I'm done with it now. Originally, it was pretty interesting getting introduced to new characters and the world building but as the cast has grown, the dialogue has become tedious and boring. The writing just isn't disciplined enough to stay interesting. There's way too much stuff that's along the lines of recapping stuff we've already seen for other characters. Too much talking through what we are going to do before doing it. Too much logistical consideration. While it may be realistic, it isn't compelling.
I can't help but think this tedious dialogue is just a way to pad the content so that updates seem longer, without having to produce additional art or CGs that might be needed from advancing the plot too much. The writer needs to more carefully consider if what he's writing is truly needed for the narrative (I can understand a character might need to be told things that have occurred, I just don't think this needs to be something we are a party to if it's not needed.)
Anyways, I've appreciated the journey somewhat so far but that's enough for me thanks!

If pointless event dialogues were your biggest issue, then I wonder how you stayed with it this long, at least half of the events in the game serve no purpose or meaning beyond time wasting.
You're not wrong. This issue has always been present in the game and I've dropped better games faster than this one. I suppose the novelty of setting and the themes explored was enough for me to power through it for a while. As the cast of characters has grown, they've had to be introduced to each other and that's made the pacing much worse. The focus used to be myths and detective work but that's moreso become flavor for playing house with the girls as you got closer to them and that's just not doing it for me anymore.

My theory is Dev promised that the VN would be more story than porn and has run out of ideas and just throwing meaningless dialog at us to keep us going. Other VN's throw meaningless sex scenes in to keep us happy and most of the time it works but this Dev promised it would be more story than porn so he throws Meaningless dialog at us. That's just my theory i could be wrong. But i'd rather have sex scenes than Meaningless dialog.

I've said it a bunch of times and i'll say it again, this game desperately needs a full and proper character dossier. Names keep getting dropped in every patch, names i can't remember because the last time they were seen in the game was from a year ago or more. You can scroll through some pics with names attached but if that doesn't jog your memory you're fucked, and i find myself getting fucked multiple times every update and new characters are regularly getting added, it's a pretty bloated cast at this point and it needs to be properly referenced for obvious reasons.
