I've found the best way to play this one is to wait 2 updates and run through the previous 2 updates for a refresher. That way you get 800-1000 renders each time you play and stay caught up with the story.

Still haven't managed to wait more than one update yet but I actual enjoyed this one. Probably because MC finally slept with my favorite girl Suzu. I have a feeling though that the pill he took stopped something that was supposed to happen. My theory is MC was already immune to the bite. But who knows.

Mmmm... a more romantic tone is needed for that sex scene with Suzu, I thought we'd get that on a later update.
Its nice that there's something now, but its a bit underwhelming. A longer sex scene and more varied animations can do wonders for this.

I'm thinking that MC is some kind of half vampire, or vampire lord; maybe even a 'demon lord', and the pill in question affects his human side, which is why he has those various changes after taking it. I do agree, I think he was already immune to any and all things vampires could do to him.
the game can't stop beating you over the head that the MC is some kind of demi-god of prophecy, considering every girl around him turns into a waterfall with little interaction, not just the vampires.

Can someone explain to me why I'm seeing a bunch of games draw characters with black outlines around them? Is this some new art style? Serious question. I had been gone for a while and now I keep seeing games do this. Some of them look like some weird attempt at rotoscoping.

While I cannot speak to how often you're noticing them, is this really your first encounter with cell-shading? It's a graphical style meant to evoke the look of hand drawn animation (which were drawn frame by frame in 'cells', hence the name), and dates back to at least the 6th gen consoles. Pretty sure Jet Grind Radio on ye olde SEGA Dreamcast (circa 2000) was the first game to popularize the technique.
That being said, Illusion's Koihatsu Party is a popular tool for generating 3DCG images, and that game's aesthetic is that of cell-shaded anime by default. The base game itself allows you to tweak things like line thickness and the color gradient, allowing the user to mimic or emulate a particular visual style of anime. There are a number of games here on F95Zone that make use of this, including (but not limited to) Out of Touch, Tropicali, My Time With You, Corrupted Kingdoms, Lessons in Love, HS Tutor, Trouble in Paradise, and Crimson High.
