Much like Photoshop, AI art generation is a just another tool in your arsenal but admittedly one that can do a lot more of the needed work for you. While it's pretty amazing how far and fast it's come, a lot of the outputs really still need a human to adjust or correct finer details like hands or just double checking to make sure an asscheek isn't blending into the shoulders. Anyone who uses such flawed images deserves the criticism they'll get.
TL;DR - If you're going to bother using AI art, take the time and effort to make sure it looks good and doesn't have blatantly obvious flaws that indicate it's AI generated.
