Has the writing always been this bad? I feel like it's been super dumbed down and simplistic now or has it always been that way and I forgot? I'm not saying it was award winning before but it just feels like an elementary school level of structure.

They most certainly do, one unlocks the full gallery, and the other unlocks sixth sense which helps spot hidden things in the game.
Those codes are ONLY for the full version of Chapter 3 v0.1.

Lil joke aside, don't know why some peeps still expect anything good from this game, but I kinda feel bad for those of them who still support this project. The visual quality really DID improve a lot compared to what it was 3 or 4 years ago (!!), same goes for the so-called alpha path's progress, IMO, but that's about it. After all this time, the MC should've been able to fuck even both Marcus and his dad in an epic gay 3some hate-fuck session for the 'plot', something completely and easily avoidable, ofc, but it's pretty obvious the pace of the story is real slow compared to what ppl, especially KoF's patrons, expected from it.
Nah, I wouldn't say the dev's lazy, but he has a very slow release schedule and also has to deal with a lot of complicated stuff in the coding department, which turns the development into a nightmare for most small-time devs like him (he makes ~1500$ a month without taxes and Patreon/SS's cut).
If I'm not mistaken, he changed at least 2 writers so far, so he prolly did the same with the coders. The game is indeed pretty good and has a lot of potential for all kinds of good stuff, but I personally think there's too many paths for the dev to keep track of and release content for, a thing that's bound to make ppl upset with the lack of progress between the MC or his rivals and the female characters.
Well, guess it's time to go back to our caves and wait on the next one to see how much content with the ladies and story progress there are before we get disappointed again.

and finally some photoshoot action can be
used as a foundation for good potential scenes
but that nurse bj was out of place and not necessary
Alpha path
Mc fucks two teachers in one day somehow
but what happens next is unknown
sunny learns about her mother good for story but
now how will writer develop this is unknown
she may take revenge but that displeases Alpha fans,
she may not fuck another just to spice Mc in alpha path
thats why Beta path has more flexibility and potential
unfortunately no Tracy
Oh well next year maybe more hedgeart like artistic photoshoot action may happen
with a huge dicked male model thrown in than an after party where intoxicated Tracy finally gets some action
but i do not keep my expectation high
