I know there's a code to unlock everything in the gallery, but why doesn't Cheat Engine work in this game? Unrelated to this game I guess, but I noticed Cheat Engine is a hit or miss with some porn games on this site and I can't figure out why.

Cheat Engine works in all Unity games very well. You just have to find right values. Unity games which still use mono (not il2cpp) can also be easily decompiled to C# code.
But Cheat Engine provides a huge support for Mono Unity by itself, you can inspect all the classes in game through the Mono->Dissect Mono features.
However, most of the time it's enough just to search for values like money. It's just that every developer uses different types to store these values.
For example here in Cummy Friends, your IP (Imagination Points) are stored as "float". But you can find it out very fast, by simply searching for All value types in CE.

I'll look into the game and provide a gallery unlocker, if there is a gallery.
