So forsome reason i cant complete any of the chores. i click the chores study button in interior and the other place constantly but the next meeting Rachel constantly says that she is dissapointed with my work and i get punished. it also says that i completed 0% when i do the chore study which is weird. Am i doing it wrong or is my game bugged?

To unlock Chloe's Corruption, try this :
.Unlock Chloe's New Punishment, you must be able to earn favor.
. When you caught her, there will be an option to ignore her (using : "Actually, you can go", "Actually, no, I've something else to do."). You must do this once and then during the same day, you spank her and the option for a bare bottom spanking will be possible.

Finally, someone managed to articulate the required actions:
When you reached a point where you can gain favors with Chloe you must, catch her 2 times in one day and ignore the first time (Emily room), while punishing the 2nd time (corridor @ 23). The bare spanking should now be avaliable as an option above "spanking".

To study properly, you need to be alone. If any of the girls is with you, there is a big chance that they will distract you and our studying time counts for zero. That's why Rachel gets angry. Study at 11.00 and 13.00 and 14.00 inside and you should not have any problem

Actually, if you played from a completed Beta3, you can also have Chloe watch you showering and start the process to ignore then spank her. It worked for me, but I realized that to some players it was confusing because they were not a the same progression in the story. My bad, sorry
I'm not sure, but not playing for several days and then arranging a game made them play more interesting (giving dares to each other and PC, etc). Not sure if that was the trigger.

To unlock Chloe's trait :
Dare Chloe x 3 : undress totally to get her naked. If you're lucky Emily helps you and asks the same thing so it's quicker
Dare Chloe x 1 : play the dog around the table
Truth Chloe x1 : biggest humiliation ? It unlocks her humiliation trait
Maybe to have her drink first helps a bit, but not sure.
Anyway the event is worth playing 4-5 times to unlock all the possibilities (there are stars in both Truth and Dare choices)

You can play every day (as long as both girls are in a good mood), if the event changes it's linked to repetition more than to a cooldown period,
