If I remember correctly?! Use the toilet..... Rachel comes in to check on You...... later You go to see her on the deck and ask her CAN YOU KNOCK? that should trigger the helping hand option.

Here is the walkthrough for this one, you're close enough :
Use “Toilet” or “Jerk Off” action in MC bathroom, there’s a 40% chance for Rachel to come in.
Once you saw Rachel for both actions and you did “Rachel’s Helping Hand” a new dialogue choice will
be available : “Can you knock, please?”
Now, when using “Jerk Off” action in MC bathroom there’s a 40% chance for Rachel to knock. She’ll
give you a handjob if she can help you (MC must have had an erection during lunch in the last 2
days).

To progress further you'll have to go and see Rachel, "need some help ?", and when she tells you to ask Chloe to bring her homework, do not tell but keep stealing, and wait until 15.00, at some point you'll get a new scene

If I remember correctly:
for the 2 missing of Aunt finally finds out, go to see Linda at 21.00. Random event : she is with Rachel, and Rachel asks you to spank her. Do it. Rachel leaves and Linda asks that you put some lotion on her butt. Rachel comes back in and Linda get another spanking
for the missing in Chloe's, I'm not sure. Try Chloe in Good mood: When you want to see her naked she'll ask you if you want a little extra. She must have a mood of 2 or more and it will cost 2 favor points. For the last : to to your bathroom early in the morning, shower, ignore Chloe TWICE, keep showering and on the third time spank her, you've got an extra scene. It might take all day for her to show 3 times...
Payback : distract the girls when they are doing their homework (playing with them depending on your unlocked options and favors, having 4 conversations, etc....) They don't do their homework properly and they get spanked at 22.00 in their room (peek). Maybe you have to repeat to get all the scenes, I don't remember.

That's not censorship. It's the standard icon Renpy throws up whenever you try to display an image that is not there. You are just a little unlucky that it covers up the same part of the screen where something is happening.

You're right, she is nowhere to be seen. Same at 15.00 if you didn't get the scene with Rachel spanking her, you have Rachel in your room, and Emily is nowhere on the boat.

So you need Rachel's helping hand, maybe that's what you are missing. Just in case :

If Rachel caught you peeing and jerking off and you unlocked “Linda’s help” you can talk to Susan “I

Now you must stay at full stamina for 3 days in a row.
On the first day, after lunch go talk to Rachel.
One the second day, after lunch go talk to Rachel then Susan.
One the third day, after lunch go talk to Rachel.
You can ask Rachel for little help during the next 2 days, to enable it again you must have an erection
during lunch (1 day without spending stamina).
So you need Linda's help (you're still there ? ;-) ) :
Linda’s Help
You need to spend 2 days with full stamina, go see Linda on the first day (after lunch) and again the
next day.
On the third day, go talk to Linda in her office at 11:00.
You now have access to the actions list.
Actions list:
· Strip Lv1
· Strip Lv2 – Unlock : Need 2 lv1.
o Linda has 1 or more mood : 1 Extra image, with 2 or more : another extra.
· Handjob – Unlock: Need 2 Lv2.
o Linda has a mood of 1 or more : handjob animation.
