If you find an old 0.11.2 release, you'll get the first 2 chapters together (it's before they were split up).
Otherwise it's a chapter by chapter thing, each beginning assuming that you completed all of the previous one. And considering the changes from one chapter to another in terms of "events/missions", it's not an issue.

so ever since the new layout the game performs horribly for me, when i mouse over buttons and text options the game freezes up for 0.5secs, same when moving away from them to the background too.. my pc is far from a potato so im wondering if its just me

Here is the public changelog for Chapter 3 Episode 3. This episode has more content than the previous ones and it should stay like that for future updates too. I finally caught up the delay due to the introduction of the new chapter.

Just a heads up, I tried playing the new update with the console/dev menu unlocked with UnRen and got this error: "Exception: A side has the wrong number of children." I unzipped a new version and restarted the game without using UnRen, things seem to be fine. Just putting this out there in case anyone else runs into it.

Yes, download all three and start playing, preferably from Chapter 1, the 2, then 3 (in case you're THAT retarded)
