Guys, a have a little problem. 'Bondage device' is not activating for me in Ch3. I have finished 1st trip, returned to the yacht, finished all quests availaible, gone for 2nd trip, done everything in the office, returned to the yacht again, finished 'Level up' and 'Go lose", spent about 30 days here, but Chloe doesn't approach me... I have only 'Bondage device', 'Chloe's unusual reward' and 4 subsequent events unfinished in tracker. And yes, I've read the walkthrough and all the comments here related to this quest, they all say to wait for Chloe to come to me. Isn't 30 days enough for this event to be activated?

No event takes more than 3-4 days to activate
Maybe you had the dialog and missed it ?
When you go to have fun with Chloe in Susan's room, do you have a new option ?

No, I dont have new opt, I checked it for sure. And BD event is locked in tracker
Edit: I have a save before leaving a 2nd trip, I'll try to return to the yacht again and to ignore Rachel's questline for the first days
Edit2: once again, passed 15 days on the yacht right after the 2nd trip doing nothing except studying and punishing girls - no BD initiation
