Which version are you using? There was a bug in 0.6.4, which broke the game after leaving the island, it should be fixed in 0.6.6...

After Milestone 1 the mechanism to trigger a Rachel + Susan event changes.

Check Rachel's room (enter) at 22:00. (Save before if you are not sure.) Rachel is masturbating. Choose the last dialog option ("Question her") to confront Rachel and the next morning talk to Susan on the bridge. ("Rachel did something ...") You get 2 free days and the event is repeatable every day. (If your free days count is zero, talk to Susan before 9am to have a free day right now. This doesn't matter on weekends.)
The session with Susan and Rachel takes place in Rachel's room at 20:00 as usual. Joining the session resets the free days counter to zero.

I go to Linda, Tell her chloe is sick and when i get into chloes room She just has her butt up and linda kicking me out. Is there a detailed walkthrough for how to complete milestone 1 ? In brief :
When Chloe is sick, talk to her after breakfast and depending on your status spank her.
Repeat this until new dialog with her becomes available.
Talk to Rachel about Chloe, steal Chloe's homework and watch Chloe get spanked by Rachel at 15:00.
Talk to Chloe again and she should agree to a new game. If you catch her doing something bad, you can spank her.
Catch her and don't spank her, then talk to her to trigger Chloe's Corruption Level 1 event.
You have to unlock Chloe's Corruption Level 1 and Emily's Corruption Level 1.
This allows to invite both girls to a Truth or Dare night where mc can discover Chloe's humilation trait.
Talk to Susan and start Chloe's training.

Sacrifice star #1-#4 can be done in one scene, basically you need to get 2 (or more) punishments from Rachel and ask Susan to visit you at night. Take a shower before 2am, visit your room and choose the dialogue options "Yes, Miss."->"I'm at your service, Miss." ->"I'm hard as a rock, Miss."...

I guess that CMA is now at a difficult decision point defining the future structure of the game and such decisions require some time.

There is the Old Yacht content, the Island as transition area and the New Yacht which is currently under construction. Moving the Old Yacht content into the dream section and splitting it from the new yacht already caused some problems. (It seems that old yacht has its own day counter, Island uses the old and new day counter and New Yacht uses the new day counter. Sleep is different for all 3 sections, etc.) What should happen if you dream of Old Yacht and decide to visit the Island in your dream? Will you return to the old yacht or to the new yacht in your dream? At the moment things are getting complicated.

There is still the new relation system in development. Integrating it into the game should have effect on the old and new content. This will be difficult if the old and new yacht use different coding when new yacht coding is evolving while old yacht coding is maybe frozen.

My guess is that TheGary will finish the New Yacht locations and add some new scenes for Chloe and Emily fans for 0.7.
