If you get to the end of the current content you should get a message noting that. This was an excellent update! I am hoping Chaixas attempts a bit more complex storylines and kinks in some places - the mayor is a decent start in that direction.

Nope, you've got a lot more to do if you only have the mayor's address. You'll be finished when you get a screen specifically saying "end of content for this version" or something similar.
