Why the hell there is no available quest in latest update? There is also no explanation in change log if this is only a bug fix or not.

This game always gives you a message saying you've reached the end of new content but can do the repeatable events, so if you haven't gotten that message you aren't at the end of the new content. But IIRC from what you say you are at the end of it...
