Been a LONG time since I've touched these, but as I recall nothing at this point. When CM3D2 first released it had less content, but that has been fixed by tons of patches and dlc.
I'm using a locale emulator but its still not working for some reason

OK, resident CM3D nerd here, guess I'll answer this one.
To be honest... Nothing XD
But this is what kick started the whole thing. It was a waifu creator that had boatloads of dialogue, options and even song+dance numbers. That being said, CM3D started it, but the sequels are what you're looking for if you want a superior experience. Though to be fair, the song used here was later ported to CM3D2 and COM3D2.

Should do. Found the system requirements on a Spanish site and it says 32 or 64 bit, and Windows 7 to 10. The game is also from 2011.

So when I played CM3D2, the dialogue was mostly untranslated, but I did play a version of the game I got somewhere else. So question for those who've played CM3D, is the game mostly or fully translated (even machine translated), or am I going to have to curse my inability to read Japanese when I play this game?
If remember correctly, the game was machine translated all the way to the end. But somehow Community created half-translated dialogues so you might want to find it on hongfire or else that has old thread discussion of CM3D
