Hello guys. I want to get some mods and Character card of this game, I've try on BepisDB but it only character card(not included mods) so it not working. Where can I find mods?

it depends on your head type, not all heads have all options

To be more precise only GP01fb faces have all these options unlocked. The ones with blue-rainbow background and some other mods based on GP01fb. The differences are explained to you in a tutorial screen that you probably skipped.

Ok guys, I understand how and where install english version, but can someone say where I can download japanese 3D2&2.5+X1 Dark version with all dlc as latest as possible, please. I tried to search in thread but found nothing.
