Well, if you don't want the younger appearance you don't really need the mod (patch). It's Daddy-Daughter Love, so incest is already enabled. I'm not using the patch myself, and the girls call the MC "daddy" or "brother" or "uncle" (depending). So you shouldn't need to patch the game if you're only wanting incest.

Currently there's no patch for 0.037 either.
It's purely guessing here, but I suspect the renders for that content haven't been done, so there's no need for a patch.

30th of September V0.037 is out on itch.io and v0.04 will be out for Patreon and subscribestar. Maybe the new Gold Edition if I can finish in time.

I guess the "Gold Edition" is the one with the loli content/patch, therefore not finished so far.
