The patch on the OP is a bit missleading. It was actually only to get the former loli game variant with pre-defined relationships. But you can in the "normal" main game set the relationships at the game beginning too. Therefore you don't need an extra patch for that.

Back to small updates every 2 weeks. 2 new scenes with Clarissa in this update.

Gold edition is getting a rework. I've rewritten the whole thing to fit in with the different character design. Need to do a bunch of alternative renders so coming soon I guess.

Are you using the compressed version?
I had the similar issue with the compressed but non-compressed version works just fine.

Did you maybe installed an old patch/mod? The loli patch on the main page is outdated / not updated so far for this new game version!

The Ipatch is outdated as mentioned above. The images are renamed and they are not in accordance with the script
