Not sure as I do not play on Android regularly... Do you have Adobe's own AIR runtime installed too? You might need the Android variant (v25) for some .apks, check my sig / profile for a link to the download (it's not on G's Play store anymore afaik, only the hentai gods know why). Think that extra sugar coating could make things work better, also with Oreo iirc.

Browse the 'troubleshooting' section we have too, maybe some mems posted other solutions for the Android platform. For sure you're not the only one trying to get games running, so it may pay to do a forum / section search for 'Android problem' or similar. You may find a few tips strewn around, hope that helps.
