I know which series they come from for most part. Just didn't play those games, so I can't relate to them.

The same as you, fallowing Dandon since 2016.

2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 were golden years of her, wonderful artworks and superb OC's. Something started to "not working" from mid-2020.

She has grown as an artist it's truth from 2015 she made a huge progress. She started patreon campaign in 2015 and now she has only over 2,5k patrons when Sakimi started in 2014 an now she has over 10,5k. I remember when 2nd place on Graphtreon was her a certain place now she's nr 7. I don't know why, I love her semi-realistic artworks, I more prefer her works than Sakimi and other artist if it comes to anatomy but apparently more people prefer anime "body-style" I suppose.

2019 was when her first schedule changes started to happen actually, it was when she went from sending the batches on the 7th to the 9th of the month, later in 2020 she changed again to the 10th. Her Patreon numbers don't have anything to do with this to be honest. If you look at her Graphtreon stats, she had a huge grow in subs from 2015 to mid-2018, then the numbers started to slowdown but they were still increasing, they kinda flatlined after her September break last year and now recently it started to slowly increase again.

I miss the Twitch streams too.

My two cents, as someone who has been following her for quite some time.

She gets her inspiration from games, movies and comics/mangas, and it's quite clear she's much of a nerd as most of us are, since there have been months with a single batch because Dandon was busy playing (Hades, Resident Evil 2 and other cases come to mind).

She's also human and an artist, so she can't be expected to always deliver her best, especially when she gets into the "artist's block" zone or fails to manage her schedule for whatever reasons she has.

Unlike other artists who lie about fake illnesses or other issues, she's very upfront with her patrons (she suspended the payment last year when she needed a break) and she usually replies kindly to suggestions or opinion on her art (gotta say her patrons are quite civil, something not really common on the internet).

I for one hope she gets some rest and gets back to making great artworks; I've humbly suggested to her a few characters I'd like to see, namely Atom Eve from Invincible, Rem from Re:zero, a remake of blizzard characters she already made and a swimsuit Persona 5 ladies issue, to which she replied she liked all my suggestions... so I hope that maybe she'll actually draw one of them.

Also, next month Toph from Avatar is gonna be featured, most likely as the first lady of the month.

I mean, Sakimichan, for better or worse has some variety works,: yuri/yaoi /hetero now even futa. Hell she even branched out and started doing lewd animations meanwile Dandon is still doing exactly same type of sets. It's still good craftsmanship tho.

Everything points that patrons like more lewd and crazy things. They are beaiting their meat like Hong Kong police beating protesters

For me animations are usless, I 'm buying Sakimi's terms only for turtorials.

Heh, I know those artist with fake illnesses, I was their patron in the past. Two are masters of those actions.

Dandon don't have that charging system, she has paid post system. E. g - Didi Esmeralda has "paid up front", Evandro has montly charging system and Didi and Evandro must cancel payment of patrons before beginning of next month. Dandon doesn't have to do anything. ->
Evry Post with "Paid for by patrons" is charging you on the date when it has been posted (cash is charging on the beginning of the next month).
Regular post is "free" but is visible only for patrons -> description below of picture on the right side.

I also want Dandon to return to "the trail of the conqueror", but now she deserves a well-deserved rest like you said. She is very nice person (I chat with her several times). She doesn't care if someone missed a paid post and don't paid for it - she just send him/her links for batches for free. I remember that I forgot to rise my tier to 10$ and missed Riven video process and she send me link for nothing.

Tbh Dandonfuga also tries to put some variety in her works. Not consistently but it happens. You can find yuri sets in her collection, she even did futa twice (Poison and Kainé). Unlike Dandonfuga Sakimichan doesn't draw extensive pubes, preggo, lactation and tentacle variants if we talk about fetishes. And I'm pretty sure Sakimichan is not gonna do more futa arts besides newest one with Kainé since it's just special case to stay true with character's lore.
Personally I find her animations mediocre and waste of time.

I think Sakimichan is just more known artist, her semi-anime juicy art style appeals to wider audience and she is better at following popular trends in characters instead doing OCs few people cares about. I mean just compare how many times Dandonfuga and Sakimichan drew 2B, Tifa and Samus.

PS: Anyway they're both my most favourite lewd artists. Probably only TheMaestroNoob, Personalami, LeraPi and lately LumiNyu can come closer.

You can stick pictures together using programs such as MS Paint, GIMP, Inkscape, etc. They're also all free.

MS Paint should be already installed on your computer if you are using Windows. GIMP is a more powerful program with layers and such but the interface may be overwhelming for someone that's totally new to these kinds of things.
