Yeah, it looks like some part of the code is entirely missing. There seems to be no place in the code that sets the allow_dream variable to true. Seems to be a bug.

Not sure about unlimited days. Haven't checked that, but didn't find any immediate necessity to it. Maybe I'm just too early in the game for that to make any difference to me.

For money, use savings.

while at it, turn on the Elite version by using typing this in the console

allow_xray = True

and if you want money then its savings = X

If you wanna know how to activate console then just google.
