So it depends on how the courts would look at it, as creating pornographic parodies is, somewhat, covered by fair use doctrine. There have been a number of pornographic parodies that skirt the line but get away with it, and just as many who didn't lean far enough into the parody to escape a lawsuit. But Disney being, well Disney, they could file a lawsuit knowing full well that they have no standing and draw it out bleeding the opposing party dry of any and all funds they have.
