Oh man, where to start.
This was the BEST update ever!!
Being a big fan of the game since it's the very beginning, it's awesome to have finally reach this update!
Seeing the petals that are left, there is still a lot to be told in this story. I'm so glad that MrDots managed to continue the game, despite the setbacks of Patreon and other issues. It's well worth it!!
Also, having 2 days in 1 update was great!. The amount of content was so much more that I could have expected.

Dad is still alive so unless Donutistan is some sort of rogue nation there's very little chance of the mom's partner (note that he's referred to as "partner", not as "husband" by Jeff the lawyer) being able to adopt D without the father's signature on court documents. While there are certain limited circumstances under which a judge may terminate a person's parental rights or allow a person to voluntarily relinquish them we have no indication of such in this story. (At least not before the game's beginning, as a sexual relationship between parent & child IS one of those circumstances.) I won't say it CAN'T happen but it's unlikely.
D is a natural born citizen of dad's country and even if his country is one that allows people to renounce their citizenship, (not all - China, for instance - do,) I don't believe any allow a parent to do so for their child. Once said child reaches the age of majority in their Country of Origin they can take that action if they so choose but until then they remain under the umbrella of their CoO. If such an "adoption" had occurred in Donutistan it would likely not be recognized in dad's country, where her legal name would be the one on her birth certificate not the one on an unnecessary foreign-issued passport.
Of course, it IS a game, not reality.

If I'm not mistaken, the girl in your 6th spoiler was the girl who worked in the bar that Richard and Lucas were in during chapter 1 (where Lucas grabbed her ass). She quit that job and started working at the casino (that's why F and D looked familiar to her).

Look. MC may not be naive - but then again, he could be overly hopeful. I really think there is too much on the DMD calendar to shoehorn Rachel back in...
...but do not worry. Having done several relevant criminal cases over my career, when you delete pictures, they are not erased off your memory storage and can be later retrieved with the appropriate program...
...MC’s buddy Margo will know all about that.

Dolphin, buddy, we’ve known each other for how long now? You are not suggesting MC somehow INTENTIONALLY cums inside D without protection or permission, and then LIE to her saying it is and accident? Never going to be scriptedmthat way, lol. —— If you keep on the “D growth” path, then I anticipate D will ask for MC to do it. —— If we follow an “unbridled lust” path, then it will be an accident or a lustful indifference.
Way to many people are really enjoying the game and have no big issues with the release timing for it to end real soon.
If you go back even just a few pages in these posts, you will see only one other person who wants the game to end a.s.a.p. If you go back even farther, you will see that those in favor of the game continuing are overwhelmingly outnumbering the extremely small number of people who have complained about it.
I enjoy both DMD and Melody equally.
When it comes to waiting three months for an update for DMD, yeah, it does suck, "BUT" those updates tend to last far longer than other game releases by most other game developers, "AND" during that three month wait, you get two releases of Melody to help hold a person over, until the next release of DMD.
One last thing. It may or may not still be correct, but I believe that Mr.Dots had announced a while back, that Melody would be the first game to end, not DMD.
They have a whole third chapter to go with DMD, whereas Melody is very close to reaching a climax.. Pun intended.
A: Melody goes back to school soon.
B: As good of a musician as she has been portrayed as so far, it would not take long with his contacts to get her in touch with the right people to start her career off fast.
C: The game would get real boring, following her around on tour and watching them boink each other when no one was looking. The goals from the beginning have just about all been reached by now.
They just need to get her on tour, so that the father from DMD can get hired as a tour photographer in a future release of DMD. That way they can all meet up, far away from that Villainous organization known as P, and have an orgy together. (I still say the P stands for Pussies.)

I do like both of chapters so far. especially when I got to the of the ch.2 of the version I played, I found out that there was a new version like 1 hour or so ago added

Martin's MMF is with who ? (Is it in the works?) - talking about the "accept the compliment" choice.
I do think that some things are a little extreme, at least the game's game over situations, like when you slap Elana's butt in the casino

I feel like i'm missing something in the second chapter ... where exactly do D and Elena jump from "oh, is she doing something with her Dad?" to "If you and your Dad want to bring your relationship to the next level, i told him about my first time and told him to make it romantic" ... feels like there are scenes missing.... >_> ..... (plus even when i didn't call Jennifer, but Martin, the Dad still mentions Jen's panties under the pillow ... buggy game/save file?)

Lol, of course not my dear buddy Jeff, but what the MC does or does not is supposed to be the player's choice. Some may even prefer to cheat on D's back with every other female in the game... choices, choices. That's what makes playing a game interesting, the decision to do one thing or another is in the player's hands. (or should be)
