Some time ago there was a clear choice for that to happen or not in the future, during a discussion with Martin, dad's coworker. As I recall, Martin makes a comment about D's body, then you have to choose if you go along with it or not, and some info appears, telling you this choice decides if you will share D with other men or not in the future.

The guide states that accepting Martins compliment can lead to a MMF relationship in the future.
While I haven't progressed too far into CH2 as of this moment, Martin is just about the only remotely likable male character (aside from F) that has shown interest in D, so far.
Honestly not sure what to expect from all the sharing points, but seeing as how you needed 10 exhibition points just to let F play with D a bit in a restaurant, I don't currently see them progressing past a MFF (with the slight possibility of one more girl) relationship, and a MMF relationship.
I could be totally wrong, though.
D is pretty darn easy to influence.

While the artwork is fairly good, the animations and poses are quite bad in some places. For me, it really took me out of the game whenever I noticed it. There were many places where hand position looked unnatural and almost all of the animations are of poor quality. If it were me, I would have finished the game using only still images and avoiding animations until I had a better grasp of it.

Yeah, sometimes the characters' poses look 'stagey' to me, like the characters are standing on a stage and know there's an audience and which way they're facing. The worst time was playing slots at the casino. We were in F's POV and E and D would periodically turn around and talk to F. The transition from them facing the machines to facing F/us and back was ridiculous - I pictured E and D slowly shuffling around on the spot. They should have quarter-turned back and talked over their shoulders like people actually do in that situation.

It's a minor gripe, but one worth airing, I think.

Guess not. Elena never really interested me, so I shut her down every time. I assume that the lesbian scene(s) occur with the opening of the D/Elena route mentioned in the WT.

The crossover comic is mainly an excuse for me to do a bunch of naked sexy renders, to channel my desire to do fanart into something that some people may enjoy reading. Also it's free, and I don't have a Patreon or anything, I'm just doing this for fun.

It's a work in progress, but my goal is to add a few new panels to my 'unofficial crossover' story each week, until I feel I've hit a good 'chapter end' point to bundle everything up for Part 2. Because I need it to be not just more of the same dude fucking the same girl. I'm very easily bored, so I'm more of the "share the girl with everybody and their dogs, and also fuck other girls" crowd.

But as long the writers are inspired like they were until now, I don't need them to go too fast this way.
